Diane and Tom Vukovich
Both members of Omicron Delta Kappa, Diane (University of Akron, 1998) and Tom (University of Akron, 1977) Vukovich have been loyal members of the Society, both in giving of time and resources. They wanted to make certain the Society's programs continued even after they were gone.
Diane: We appreciate the mission and work of Omicron Delta Kappa. We hoped to register our commitment and support by making a gift that would last well into the future.
Tom: A staff member at the organization asked us to consider making a gift to the endowment. We knew that the endowment was a fund that served as a permanent source of income for the organization's projects.
Diane: I liked that giving to the endowment would help the Society continue its programs and scholarships on an ongoing basis. As Ohio residents, we were pleased that our endowment gifts could establish both scholarships and leadership development programs for students in the state of Ohio.
Tom: I felt strongly that an endowment gift would provide a legacy for us. We were both thrilled that our gift would keep on giving to a cause we love, and we are happy that we are able to see the impact of our gifts now.
The support of donors like Diane and Tom makes our work possible. When you make an endowment gift, your gift is maintained in perpetuity and creates a lasting, meaningful difference. Please contact us to learn how to create your legacy through an endowment gift.
